Learn specific ways to relieve stress at home and at school. Kerri Webster has been a life coach and also a yoga instructor for 20 years. She will be teaching a stress management class on how to most effectively deal with the pressures of everyday life. During part of the class, Kerri will be teaching some basic yoga positions so wear comfortable clothing. This class is being held for all teachers |
